The family-owned investment company, Zibra A / S, was founded by the contractor Niels Zibrandtsen. He was one of the prominent players in the 1990s, when the Danish telecommunications monopoly was broken and the way paved for creating new businesses based on innovative telecommunications solutions and the ability to execute.
