Founded in 2006 VIYM provides Private Equity services for institutional and private investors via two core business lines: Private Equity Management and Third Party Luxembourg-based AIFM Platform. It has its Head quarter in London as well as offices in Luxemburg, Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

VIYM invests in Europe’s urban hospitality real estate within value-added and opportunistic strategies always and mandatorily on terms of cooperation with the leading international hotel operators. Through its property arm VIYM has investments in Four Seasons Lion Palace Saint-Petersburg, Radisson Blue Park Royal Vienna, Hard Rock Hotel Davos and some other real estate being developed in association with global strong brands.

Apart from that, within a separate PE fund, VIYM provides its investors opportunities to invest in the Russian mid-cap companies with rock-bottom valuations and sustainable growth drivers. Primary industries: consumer related business, food & agriculture, healthcare, technology.

VIYM is managing investment platforms with overall responsibility for more than USD400 million AUM.
