Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Singapore, Amereus Group is a private equity company that invests in tech ventures globally.





Our opportunistic approach and flexibility lets us invest in a wide range of projects in the tech sector, from single companies to accelerators, incubators and holding platforms, from seed stage to post-IPO and from frontier markets to developed countries.





We are actively investing and looking for opportunities in fast growing tech-enabled businesses led by highly-motivated, bright and passionate entrepreneurs targeting large markets.





We will consider investments in any kind of tech-enabled business but our key areas of interest are:

What we usually do


-invest in separate single companies, as well as in incubators, accelerators and holding platforms


-make minority-stake investments in equity and convertible debt


-make early- and late-stage investments, as well as purchase marketable securities for strategic purposes (long-term only)


-make both primary and secondary deals, as well as support our portfolio companies with follow-up funding


-invest in developing countries and in developed markets, though our preferred geographies include SEA, Israel, the EU, Russia and the USA


-work with co-investors that add value and are open to both leading and following other investors


-give preference to projects with a good social impact
