It targets women-led startups specifically in AI, deeptech, defence, spacetech, fintech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors, primarily across the UK and Europe, especially France, the Nordics, DACH, and CEE. Notable LPs include the British Business Bank and a network of professionals from major institutions like LinkedIn and JPMorgan. The fund's total AUM includes a £7.5M first close with an aim for a £20M total.

Notable investments include Lemrock AI, which provides agentic infrastructure for brands and retailers, showcasing the fund's focus on AI-native commerce. The Sie Ventures pipeline has also secured follow-on funding from Sequoia, General Catalyst, LocalGlobe, and Balderton, establishing a strong track record of identifying potential high-growth ventures.
