We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brandenburg's development bank ILB. As a public venture capital company, we ensure a strong equity base for startups and small and medium-sized companies in the state of Brandenburg based on a stable group environment, so that they can grow safely and sustainably.





The early-stage and growth fund is currently available for this, amounting to around 100 million euros. Funding for the early-stage and growth fund commissioned by the Brandenburg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Energy is currently provided by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and ILB's own funds .





Together with our co-investors , we have invested over 750 million euros in Brandenburg's dynamic companies since 1993. We see ourselves not only as a donor, but also as a strategic sparring partner. We actively support our portfolio companies on their way from startup to international player.
