Crescent Capital Partners (Crescent) is one of the oldest and most successful Australian-based private equity and alternative asset firms. Founded in 2000, Crescent began as a private equity firm focused on mid-market ‘growth buy-out’ transactions and is today an alternative asset manager continuing to cover Australian and New Zealand private equity but also offering private credit and active listed equities fund products.
As a private equity manager, Crescent is a top quartile global fund manager (as measured by Cambridge Associates benchmarks) with a strong track record in delivering superior returns to investors that is the hallmark of its success to date. Crescent has closed multiple funds since its inception with total capital raised in excess of A$4.5 billion.
