Ethica Group was founded by a group of friends, a team of solid professionals and a pool of entrepreneurs with important values in common.
Based in Milan and backed by a group of professionals with more than 25 years of experience, Ethica Group is specialised in M&A Advisory, Debt Advisory, ECM Advisory and Equity Investments.
With a team of more 50 professionals Ethica has successfully advised hundreds of transactions, enabling Ethica to enhance its specialist skills in a number of market sectors, including pharma, fashion, luxury, consumers goods, food&beverage and machinery/mechanics.
