It neither owns, nor does it intend to own, a financial interest in a cannabis business. Rather, by purchasing their buildings well and carefully vetting new tenants, Kalyx is creating a new real estate vertical that addresses the specific needs of the cannabis industry.

Kalyx uses a range of traditional and bespoke acquisition structures that allow operators to unlock capital currently consumed by their real estate assets.
