PHD Equity Partners is a dedicated independent investment and advisory private equity firm that is owned and controlled by the Partners. We seek to invest in UK businesses with an enterprise value of up to £10m by either opting for a majority or more usually taking a minority stake.





Our focus is sector wide UK opportunities with an enterprise value of up to £10million. We invest in small and medium-sized businesses, actively working with investee companies to deliver robust and tangible returns for both themselves and our investors.





The Partners are experienced, seasoned corporate financiers, who as entrepreneurs have a reputation for understanding the challenges of growing a business and the key relationships into the funding arena to creatively structure transactions adding value for all parties.





Our Partners and Advisory Board Members (comprising of industrialists and entrepreneurs whom have direct experience of managing and growing private companies) have many years of hands-on operations, financial and management experience, which they leverage to help guide entrepreneurial companies grow.
