It prefers to invest in consumer services and service companies in oil and gas industry. The firm seeks to invest in North America, Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim countries, Australia, India, China, and the MENA region. It also seeks direct investments in GCC region. The firm makes direct investments between $5 million and $20 million and limited partnerships investments between $5 million to $50 million in increments of $5 million. For direct investments, it invests in select transactions, either independently or through co-investment positions with existing private equity and venture capital funds. The firm typically makes three to five investments in a year. For direct investments, it seeks to invest for a maximum term of 10 years, with three years thereafter for dissolution.
