STYLE CAPITAL SGR S.p.A. is an asset management company authorized by the Bank of Italy to provide asset management services and private equity investments. The Company is active since 2007 in the promotion and management of mutual closed-end funds, and currently manages the private equity fund DGPA CAPITAL (€ 110 m managed) and the closed-end fund STYLE CAPITAL (capital commitment of € 126 m).
STYLE CAPITAL Fund operates in the Lifestyle segment, supporting the growth of SMEs operating in the global market, whose distinguishing features are creativity, design, product quality and inimitability, selective distribution and innovation. Particular focus is placed on “Fashion” and "Consumer Brands“.
The purpose of the Fund is to invest principally in the equity of Italian SMEs (turnover between € 20 m and € 100 m) or foreign companies, whose core business is strongly linked to the Fashion & Luxury segment, taking majority or minority stakes, through capital increases, share purchases and LBOs.
The Management Company boasts a significant track-record in the target industry; it has supported and is supporting companies and Brands such as Golden Goose, Twin-Set, Sundek, Damiani and Forte_Forte in implementing their development strategies, both domestically and globally.
