CoVenture Venture Capital invests in early-stage startups led by founders who are passionate and knowledgeable about the markets they serve. We have our own software developers and product managers. We work with the founders in our portfolio to help them bring products to market, earning equity for this work and for the cash we invest in their companies. CoVenture operates three businesses that bridge technology and finance. We invest in pre-seed venture capital and build software for the companies we invest in. We manage direct credit opportunity funds that provide credit opportunities capital to alternative credit opportunities platforms, enabling them to finance the loans they originate. We create crypto funds for individuals, IRAs and institutions to get simple and easy access to cryptocurrencies.
