history EGİAD is a non-governmental organization founded in 1990 by 47 young industrialists and business people. With the mission of being an example and pioneer for the society, activities for its members on the one hand, and research, investigation, lobbying and similar activities for the public on the other hand, within the framework of its aims such as gathering young entrepreneurs under the same roof, helping them to meet and socialize with each other and transfer their professional experiences, and to enlighten the society on various issues. carries out activities. EGİAD's strength as a non-governmental organization stems not only from the image and prestige it has created in the public opinion over the past 31 years, but also from the added value its members have created in the country's economy in terms of production and employment. 60% of more than 600 members are between the ages of 22-45. EGİAD is a production force that covers nearly 3,100 companies consisting of small, medium and large enterprises and employs approximately 110,000 people.
