Profile
Endless LLP is a UK based private equity investor with one distinct goal: to make business better for everybody. We consider the real value of our investments to be the difference we make to businesses, communities and individuals.
A transformational investor, Endless looks to support buyouts, non-core acquisitions from larger groups, turnarounds and financial restructurings. Our flexible approach and streamlined decision making process means we can bring certainty to situations, with many of our investments having been completed in less than 28 days from introduction.
We have offices in London, Leeds and Manchester and since we were formed in 2005 we’ve completed over 75 acquisitions and 50 exits.
We are currently investing Endless Fund IV of £525m. We can invest up to £80m of our own capital in a single transaction without the need for third party approvals. The Endless team are the biggest investor in each of our funds. We are a hands-on and flexible investor, which makes a difference to how we work with the management teams we support.
Our investors include world renowned universities and charitable organisations, family offices of globally recognised entrepreneurs and pension funds. Since our formation, Endless has consistently delivered top decile returns for our investors, with high profile investments including Karro Food Group, Imtech, Liberata, Crown Paints, bathstore and Peter Black International.
Our current portfolio comprises 27 businesses with combined revenues of over £2 billion and over 10,000 employees. Current investments include The Works Stores, Bright Blue Foods, The Book People, Go Plant Fleet Services, MTI, Affinity Workforce, Sewtec and Antler.
Whilst many of our investments are large businesses, we are proud of our heritage and remain committed to investing in and supporting the SME market. We have a dedicated fund (Enact) which shares the same values and approach to business as Endless but focus on funding requirements up to £5m.
