The faktum-b GmbH is part of since 2007 existing single family office with two generations of fortune makers from Germany, Sweden and the UK.

International investments are made with a long-term investment horizon in order to preserve and build up the assets. The focus is on alternative / illiquid asset classes, especially direct investments in real estate and private equity through participation in funds.

We are available for a dialogue to exchange experiences and ideas with other family offices, managers and service providers.
